What will my DWI attorney cost?

Clients are entitled to know up front what the DUI attorney cost will be. For some reason, it is almost impossible to find a website listing DWI attorney fees. That is not my style. I always discuss DWI lawyer fees and DUI lawyer costs openly with my clients:


I charge FLAT FEES in two stages - pretrial and trial - with pretrial fees starting at $1750, based on the number and seriousness of the charges and the Court involved.

That way, you know your full cost UP FRONT.

Plus, if we don't go to trial, you don't have to PAY for trial.

These fees cover:

  • All Court Appearances
  • Research For Legal Defenses
  • Pretrial Hearings And Conferences
  • Negotiation With DA's Office
  • Full Judge Or Jury Trial
  • Argument Before Judge For Leniency

To make things easier for you, I offer PAYMENT PLANS and accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.
