I can’t thank Joe enough for everything he’s done. When I was charged with my 2nd offense OUI, he actually won 2 cases for me! Because I refused the breathalyzer, the RMV hit me with a three year refusal supsension. I hit a car and then told the cops I’d taken 3 drugs. They videoed a drug recognition expert examining me for 45 minutes and I looked totally out of it. Plus, my urine sample showed 7 metabolites of those same 3 drugs. I was charged with OUI-Drugs 3rd offense. Joe made no promises and didn’t sugar coat anything.  At first I thought this was poor bedside manners. But be careful, this man will save your life! He did mine. I was ready to take the First Offender Deal but after speaking with Joe I was convinced he could win my case.  He provided me with valuable advice without ever pushing his opinions on me and scheduled a trial just 6 weeks after my arrest on a date he knew the judge on duty to be the most lenient.  When two police officers came instead of one, he quickly reacted with a Motion to Sequester so they couldn't speak and tell each other what they said in the Court room.

This is the actual email I sent Joe after the cops in my town continued to harass me trying to arrest me at my home even after the case was settled and my default warrant was cancelled. Banging on my door at 12:30 in the morning waking my wife and myself afraid to go to the door for fear of being arrested again wrongfully.
